1. Scope
These terms apply to Evonomics MCP, the service at ga4-mcp.evonomics.eu. They do not cover other pages or services of this website. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
By signing in to Evonomics MCP or connecting it to an AI assistant, you accept these terms.
2. What the service does
Evonomics MCP lets you sign in with your Google account and connect an AI assistant. On your instruction, the assistant can read your Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager setup and, where your Google permissions allow, change it.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the service. In particular:
- Connect only Google accounts, properties and containers that you are entitled to manage.
- You are responsible for the instructions you give to your AI assistant and for what it does on your behalf. Changes can alter or delete analytics configuration, and some cannot be undone.
- Check what your assistant proposes before you let it change anything that matters.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to get around Google limits or to harm others.
4. Google permissions decide what is possible
The service can do only what your Google account may do and what you allowed on Google's consent screen. If Google refuses a request, the service cannot override that.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is offered at the time you use it. evonomics does not promise uninterrupted availability. evonomics may change, restrict or discontinue the service or parts of it, for example for maintenance, security or because a third-party interface changes.
6. Termination and revocation
You can stop using the service at any time. Disconnect Evonomics MCP in your assistant, and revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have stored tokens deleted, write to info@evonomics.eu.
evonomics may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if that is needed to protect the service or other users.
7. Liability
evonomics is not liable for changes made to your analytics configuration on your instruction or your assistant's, nor for resulting loss of data, tracking or reports. To the extent the law permits, liability for any other damage is limited to direct damage. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded stays unaffected.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
9. Provider and contact
